3.3. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail from our warehouse in Milton Keynes, MK12 6HP, UK or from EU warehouse Talsu soseja 31, Jurmala, Latvia with Omniva/DPD service.
3.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
3.5. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds
4.1. You have the right to return products within 15 days of receiving your order.
4.2. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
4.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
